John Tran-Mortel

John Tran-Mortel is an Assistant Principal at De Anza High School in the West Contra Costa Unified School District. John also serves as a Special Education Teacher for grades 9-12 students with disabilities, a Technology Teacher Leader, a Residency Program Mentor Teacher, and a Department Lead for the SPED-ESN Department. John has experience as an IEP and Elementary School Teacher, a Junior Researcher, and a Research Assistant. John is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Educational Leadership.
