Katie Mangan is a substitute teacher at West Des Moines Community Schools, Des Moines Public Schools, and Waukee Community Schools. Prior to this, Katie worked as a daycare provider at Katie's Daycare. Katie holds a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Upper Iowa University, and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Iowa State University.
