Dahlia Rigsby

Dahlia (Dolly) Rigsby has over 35 years of experience in various finance and shared services roles. Dahlia (Dolly) is currently the Director of Finance Shared Services at West Fraser since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Vericast as the VP of Record to Report from 2019 to 2022, leading a team of 40 accounting professionals and overseeing financial close activities. From 2011 to 2019, Dahlia worked at Becton, Dickinson and Company, where they held multiple roles including Sr. Business Manager, Director of Enterprise Data Governance and Management, and Manager of Change and Process/Performance Improvement. Dahlia (Dolly) also has experience working at Tesoro Companies, Inc. as a Senior Manager from 2005 to 2011 and at C.H. Guenther & Sons, Inc. as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2004 to 2005. Dahlia started their career at USAA as a Senior Financial Analyst in 1986 and worked there until 2004. Throughout their career, Dahlia has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and process improvement skills.

Dahlia (Dolly) Rigsby obtained a BBA in Accounting from the University of the Incarnate Word in 1992. Dahlia (Dolly) later pursued an MBA in Management from Our Lady of the Lake University, completing their degree in 2009. In addition to their academic achievements, Dolly has obtained certifications such as Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, Emotional Intelligence Practitioner Cert (ACCREDITED) from Udemy, Cornell University Executive Women in Leadership from eCornell, and Prosci Change Management Certification from Prosci.
