Steven Kucirek Jr. is an accomplished Residential Mortgage Loan Officer at West Gate Bank since October 2017, recognized as the #1 Retail Mortgage VA Home Loan Officer from 2019 to 2022 and as a top performer in various mortgage metrics. Steven originated over 70% of the bank's retail VA home loans during that period, achieved a year-over-year loan volume increase of 12%, and significantly boosted the mortgage division's production by over 200% since 2018. Awarded the 3x Platinum Champion's Circle Award by the Nebraska Mortgage Association and recognized as one of the Top 25 Loan Originators in Nebraska by Scotman's Guide from 2020 to 2022, Steven effectively develops client relationships while negotiating mortgage financing terms.
