Tana Wagener

Tana Wagener is an experienced human resources professional with over a decade of leadership experience in the banking sector. Since April 2010, Tana has served as the Director of Human Resources at West Gate Bank, where significant contributions have been made to HR strategy and management. Prior to this role, Tana worked as the E-Learning Curriculum Coordinator at TierOne Bank from October 2000 to April 2010. Tana’s educational background includes a degree in Human Resource Management from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison (2016), completion of the Human Resources Generalist Program at Creighton (2012), and an Associate's degree in PC Support & Networking from Southeast Community College (2000).
