David Samson

David Samson is currently serving as the New Business & Development at West Kent Housing Association, where David evaluates financial feasibility and collaborates with developers. Prior to this, David worked as a Director at Imperium Land, providing property consultancy services. With experience as a Development Director at Public Sector Plc and Director at Landmark Properties, David has a strong background in managing development projects and partnerships. David also held the position of UK Real Estate Director at GEMS Education and Land & Development Manager at Aitch Group. David holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
