Carmen Lee

Carmen Lee is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority since July 2020, Carmen has previously held significant positions at Bouygues Construction, including Project Director for Business Development and Regional CFO for Bouygues UK. Carmen also has expertise as Chief Financial Officer for AsiaWorld-Expo, and as SAP Project Manager for Dragages Hong Kong. Earlier career highlights include senior financial roles at Crown Relocations and Médecins Sans Frontières, where Carmen gained valuable NGO experience. Carmen began the professional journey as a Senior Auditor with Arthur Andersen and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from HKUST Business School and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London.
