Eddie Tsoi

Eddie Tsoi is an accomplished professional in the field of organization development and learning management, currently serving as Assistant Organisation Development Manager at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Assistant Manager of Learning Development at China Resources Vanguard (Hong Kong) and Senior Training Officer at A.S. Watson Group. Eddie began their career with Apple as an In-Store Guest Trainer and gained further experience as a Mac Solution Consultant at Compucon. Eddie holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sunderland in Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Curtin University of Technology, specializing in Marketing and Management.
