Elaine Cheung

Elaine Cheung is a seasoned professional in human resources with over two decades of experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the General Manager of Human Resources at West Kowloon Cultural District Authority since August 2010, Elaine has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Head of HR Policy and Compliance and Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. Prior to this, Elaine worked as the Human Resources and Administration Director at Asia World-Expo Management Ltd., and held key positions at Belden, Unisys, and Merck Sharp & Dohme, demonstrating a strong background in talent acquisition, HR policy development, and staff management. Elaine holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Surrey.
