Elaine Chung

Elaine Chung is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and planning. Currently serving as the General Manager of Finance and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at West Kowloon Cultural District Authority since March 2021, Elaine has previously held the position of Group Financial Controller at Halo Creative & Design Ltd. from February 2012 to December 2020. Prior roles include Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and Accounting Instructor at Anderson National College. Elaine began their career as a Senior Accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Simon Fraser University.
