Pearl Lee

Pearl Lee currently serves as the CEO of Superlecious Co. and as the Creative Director at Barthaven International Ltd. Since 2019, Pearl has held the position of Customer Services Officer at West Kowloon Cultural District Authority and has been a Project Assistant at Lane Crawford since July 2018, focusing on store design and operations. With engineering expertise, Pearl has been a Graduate Engineer at AECOM since 2016, managing water engineering projects. Pearl gained initial experience as a Construction Management Summer Intern at MTR Corporation Limited in 2013 and as a Structural Engineering Summer Trainee at Scott Wilson from 2012. Pearl began an architectural career as a Trainee at WCWP International Ltd. in 2008. Pearl holds a Master of Engineering Science in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with Architecture (Honours) from UNSW, as well as culinary credentials from Le Cordon Bleu and Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.
