Winsome Tam

Winsome Tam has a diverse background in arts and cultural program management, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Participation (Performing Arts) at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority since November 2017. Previously held positions include Senior Manager for Performing Arts at the same authority and Head of Programs (Arts & Culture) at the Asia Society Hong Kong Center from July 2012 to October 2017. Earlier career roles comprised Assistant Program Manager at Asia Society and Assistant Manager at the British Council from June 2003 to May 2007. Winsome Tam holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Biochemistry from the University of Virginia, a Master of Social Science in Corporate Communication from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and an International Baccalaureate from Li Po Chun United World College.
