Chao Chan

Chao Chan is a multimedia designer with extensive experience in various roles related to visual communication and creative direction. Currently serving as a Designer (Multimedia) at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority since July 2021, Chao previously held positions as Creative Director and Art Director at IOIO Creative, where collaboration and innovation were central to project execution. Additional experience includes freelance work as an Art Director at chaos studio and a Senior Media Designer at yU+co[Lab], focusing on concept development and production management. Chao's design career began as a Graphic Designer at Ammon Group International and a Designer at Academic & Professional Bookshop. Chao holds a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication and an Associate's Degree in Multimedia Design and Technology from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
