Winsome Tam

Winsome Tam began their work experience in 2003 as an Assistant Manager at the British Council. Winsome then moved on to the role of Assistant Program Manager at Asia Society in 2007. In 2012, they became the Head of Programs (Arts & Culture) at Asia Society Hong Kong Center, where they worked until 2017. From there, they joined the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority and initially served as Senior Manager, Performing Arts (Learning and Participation). In 2019, they were promoted to their current role as Head, Learning and Participation (Performing Arts) at the same organization.

Winsome Tam's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Biochemistry from the University of Virginia. Winsome also holds a Master of Social Science degree in Corporate Communication from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
