Yvonne Yau

Yvonne Yau has extensive experience in the performing arts sector, currently serving as Assistant Producer for Performing Arts (Dance) at West Kowloon Cultural District Authority since December 2020, where responsibilities include coordinating local and international artistic projects, notably two dance festivals: "Phygital D" in 2022 and "Freespace Dance" in 2023. Prior roles include Project Officer at Hong Kong Dance Alliance, coordinating the 22nd Hong Kong Dance Awards and Covid-19 contingency projects, and Project Co-ordinator for the City Contemporary Dance Company, managing logistics for the City Contemporary Dance Festival 2019. Earlier experiences at West Kowloon Cultural District Authority enriched knowledge in artistic curation, while internships at Hong Kong Dance Federation and Hong Kong Dance Company provided foundational skills in project coordination and administration. Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
