Jackie Galbraith

Jackie Galbraith has been working in the field of education for over 20 years. Jackie started their career as a head of unit in the UK government's Scotland Office. Jackie then moved to Ayrshire College, where they worked their way up to Vice Principal. In 2013, they became the Vice Chair of Developing the Young Workforce - Ayrshire. The following year, they joined the Scottish Apprenticeship Advisory Board Frameworks and Standards Group. In 2016, they were appointed Principal & CEO of West Lothian College. Jackie is a strong advocate for apprenticeships and vocational training, and has been instrumental in developing these programs in Scotland.

Jackie Galbraith completed a postgraduate diploma in educational research at the University of Stirling. Jackie then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in computing information systems from Glasgow Caledonian University.
