Lynn Bain has extensive experience in the education and enterprise sectors, currently serving as the Director of Business, Creative & Enterprise and Deputy Head of Workforce Development at West Lothian College since August 2011. In these roles, Lynn leads a team of work-based assessors delivering Scottish Vocational Qualifications (SVQs) and Modern Apprenticeships (MAs) across various industries in Scotland. Previously, Lynn held the position of Employer Engagement Officer, where efforts were focused on enhancing collaboration between the college and businesses to improve the development and employability of learners. Prior to West Lothian College, Lynn worked as Project Leader for the Education into Enterprise Project at Johnson & Johnson from August 1996 to August 2011.
