Richard Lockhart

Richard joined the Board in August 2016 and is also a member of the Finance & General Purposes Committee. He is a commercial lawyer with breadth and depth of experience in programme and project origination and planning, co-ordinating, managing and delivering legal services in a wide range of contracts across various sectors, including education, energy, social infrastructure and transport.
