Richard Cumming

Richard Cumming has extensive experience in retail management and sales, currently serving as Store Manager at West Marine since November 2013. In this role, Richard utilizes leadership skills to coach a team of 13 to 20 associates, focusing on the TCA process to enhance customer experiences and developing talent for management positions. Previous positions include Office Manager/Sales Manager at Timeshares by Owner and various sales roles at Caribbean Cruise Line and PRC, LLC, where Richard was involved in inbound sales and training. Early career experience includes carpentry work as a lead carpenter at Mango Marine Yacht Services. Richard attended Santa Fe Community College from 1996 to 1997.
