Yesenia Hernandez is an experienced Payroll and HR professional with a strong background in managing payroll processes and human resources information systems. Currently serving as Payroll & HRIS Manager at West Marine since March 2023, Yesenia previously held the role of Payroll Team Leader at H.I.G. Capital from May 2017 to March 2023. Yesenia's experience also includes significant roles as Payroll Manager and Payroll and Benefits Specialist at Sixt rent a car US from July 2013 to November 2016, as well as HR Coordinator at Park One of Florida from October 2006 to July 2013.
