Gareth Morris is a seasoned law enforcement professional currently serving as Chief Superintendent and Head of Operations at West Mercia Police. With an extensive career at West Midlands Police spanning over two decades, Morris has held various senior roles, including Superintendent and Lead for Serious Youth Violence, where responsibilities included managing responses to serious violence and knife crime. Notable past positions also include Chief Inspector Force Incident Manager, overseeing emergency response operations, and Superintendent of Force Contact and Control at Gloucestershire Constabulary, where Gareth managed dispatch and public contact initiatives.
