Jessica Bates

Jessica Bates is an experienced marketing and digital media professional currently serving as Digital Media Coordinator at West Michigan Whitecaps since March 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of Marketing Coordinator at Viking Group Inc. from May 2022 to March 2023 and completed a Marketing Internship at Dressed to a T in the summer of 2021. Additional experience includes working as a Sandwich Artist at Subway and as a cashier at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Jessica earned a degree in Advertising and Public Relations with a focus on Digital Communications from Grand Valley State University between 2020 and 2022, following an education at Grand Rapids Community College and Rockford High School, from which a diploma was obtained in June 2018.
