Tara B. is a Resource Specialist at West Michigan Works! where Tara develops and maintains community relations with local organizations to equip job seekers with resources needed to overcome barriers to employment. Tara has previous experience as a Photographer and Writer at Lens & Keystrokes, as well as an Elderly Caregiver for their family member with dementia. Tara has also worked in student events and activities at California Lutheran University and as a Connections Coordinator at The Bridge: Evfree Church. With a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Aquinas College, Tara has a background in event planning, support services, and community outreach.
