Charlotte Stokes (Assoc CIPD)

Charlotte Stokes (Assoc CIPD) has a strong background in HR and operations management. Charlotte started their career in 2004 as a General Manager at Mitchells & Butlers PLC and worked there until 2011. Charlotte then joined IAC Group as an HR Officer from 2011 to 2014. Since 2014, Charlotte has been employed at West Midland Safari Park, initially as an HR Manager and currently as the Head of Operations and People.

Charlotte Stokes (Assoc CIPD) completed their education in a chronological manner. In 2011-2012, they attended Solihull College and pursued a CIPD Level 3 HR qualification. Following this, from 2014 to 2015, they studied at Heart of Worcestershire College and obtained a CIPD Level 5 HR certification. Their education journey continued from 2018 to 2020 at the same college, where they pursued CIPD Level 7 HR studies.
