David Collyer has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at West Midlands Trains since November 2021. Concurrently, David holds the position of Special Constable with the British Transport Police since January 2020. Prior to these roles, David was with Asda from May 2009 to November 2021, where responsibilities included E-Commerce Trading Manager, Customer Trading Manager, George and GM Trading Manager, Section Manager, Grocery Manager, and Customer Service roles. Earlier career experience includes serving as Customer Service Manager at Treats Confectionery from July 2006 to May 2009. David earned a B.A. Hons in Retail Management from Middlesex University between 2016 and 2019 and completed education at Cockshut Hill Technology College from 2003 to 2008.
