Divya Narayan is a Senior Consultant at West Monroe since June 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Lead Member of Technical Staff at Salesforce from December 2012 to July 2021, where responsibilities included developing AI/ML integrated SaaS products and driving best practices for quality outcomes across teams. Additionally, Divya worked as an Associate Software Engineer at Cognizant Technology Solutions from July 2011 to November 2012, serving as the Onsite Engineering Lead for a tax data aggregation product and managing global project implementations. Divya holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Information Sciences from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
