Joe Brown

Joe Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and design strategy across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Partner and Managing Director at West Monroe since April 2024, Joe also holds an advisory role at GTM Capital. Previous positions include serving as an advisor and design team member for the First Movers Fellowship at The Aspen Institute, and a long tenure at IDEO where roles progressed from Design Lead to Executive Director. Additionally, Joe has held creative leadership positions at Zalando SE and academic appointments at Stanford University and Stanford Graduate School of Business. Joe earned an MBA with a focus on Marketing, Strategy, and Design from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a prior degree from NYU Gallatin.
