Paul Horner

Paul Horner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Payer Industry Lead and Senior Partner at West Monroe since August 2013. With previous roles including Partner and Senior Manager in Healthcare, as well as Manager, Paul has built a robust portfolio in healthcare consulting. Prior to West Monroe, Paul worked as a Healthcare Consultant at Stonegate from July 2010 to June 2013 and held the position of Marketing Research and Product Development Analyst at Computershare from July 2007 to July 2010. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Ohio University and a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Administration and Health Care Policy from The University of Toledo.
