Erin Walton

Erin Walton is an experienced lawyer currently serving as Assistant Corporate Director and Associate in the European Team at West P&I since May 2014. Previously, Erin worked as a Lawyer in the Shipping and International Trade department at Thomas Cooper from September 2010 to May 2014. Erin has substantial experience in litigation, including work in the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court, as well as LMAA arbitration and mediation. Additionally, experience includes County Court and mediation in marine-related personal injury defense. Prior roles include Trainee Solicitor at Gulf Agency Company and a summer internship with Alter Eco Fair Trade. Erin’s educational background includes an LLM from Notre Dame Law School and an LLB from The College of Law, with early studies in Legal Studies and Law at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and the University of Exeter.
