Heiny Khushalani

Heiny Khushalani is an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner currently working at West P&I since March 2024. Previously, Khushalani served as an HR Business Partner at Planet from July 2022 to December 2023. Prior to that, Khushalani held various positions at OYO UK, including People Manager, People Operations Manager, and HR Assistant from July 2019 to June 2022. Earlier roles also include Group HR Assistant at Next 15 between January 2018 and July 2019, as well as a Human Resources Intern at LEWIS Global Communications in late 2017. Khushalani completed a degree in Business with Finance at the University of Brighton (2014-2017) and A-levels at The British School of Barcelona (2012-2014).
