Aileen Kinsella

Aileen Kinsella has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1999, they served as the Business Development Manager at Enki Information Systems. Aileen then moved on to ParallelGraphics as a Business Development Executive from 2000 to 2002. Aileen joined Sanmina-SCI as the Director of Channel - Europe in 2004 and later became the Director of Channel Sales - Europe at Sanmina SCI (Viking) from 2002 to 2006. In 2007, they worked as the Sales Director UK/Irl at EMTEC. Aileen joined West Pharmaceutical Services in 2008 as the Business Development Manager for EMEA. Throughout their tenure at West Pharmaceutical Services, they held various roles including EMEA Director of Sales CM from 2013 to 2016, Global Director of Segment Marketing from 2016 to 2019, Operations Site Director (interim) in Waterford, Ireland from April 2019 to October 2019, Senior Director of IV Market & Hospital Channels from October 2019 to December 2020, and currently holds the position of Vice President & GM of the Global Pharma Market Unit since October 2020.

Aileen Kinsella completed their Bachelor of Business Studies (Honours) degree in Finance from Dublin City University in the years 1990 to 1994. Additionally, they pursued an Executive Development Program from the Irish Management Institute from 2005 to 2006. Recently, they attended the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained a Professional Diploma in Strategic Growth in Biotech and Pharma.
