Arlete Silva

Arlete Silva has over 40 years of work experience. Arlete began their career as a Controller at Emerson Process Management in 1979 and worked there until 1996. From 1996 to 2007, they worked at Invensys - Acquired by Schneider Electric as a SAP Business Analyst, overseeing the implementation and support of SAP modules worldwide. Arlete then joined Houghton Mifflin as a SAP - Enterprise Information Architect from 2007 to 2008. From 2008 to 2012, Arlete served as a SAP - IT Director at Invensys - Acquired by Schneider Electric. Arlete held multiple roles at MilliporeSigma from 2012 to 2019, including Regional Finance Director, Senior IT Director, and Chief Information Officer. Currently, Arlete is the VP of FP&A at West Pharmaceutical Services, starting in 2019.

Arlete Silva attended Colegio Paralelo where they obtained a CPA degree in Accounting and Finance. Arlete then went on to study at FMU - University, pursuing a Bachelor of Law degree. Arlete's education history also includes completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program at Pontificia Universidade Catolica.
