Janelle Balesh

Janelle Balesh is a Principal Verification Engineer at West Pharmaceutical Services, managing comprehensive verification test plans and strategies for single-use combination products since November 2021. Previously, Janelle worked at GE Healthcare in various roles, including Senior Verification Engineer and Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Program Leader, where successful product transfers and high-volume production strategies were key contributions. This experience also included leading a cross-functional team as a Lead Program Integrator, resolving customer-reported defects as a Mechanical Engineer, and participating in a developmental program focused on technical problem-solving. Janelle's earlier roles included internships at SonoVol and Los Alamos National Laboratory, along with significant academic projects, culminating in a Master of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University.
