Masa Saito

Masa Saito has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Masa started their career at Asahi Glass Co., Ltd. as a Coating Process Engineer, where they led the development of coating formulations and processes. Masa then moved to AGA Chemicals, where they served as the Marketing & Sales Director, responsible for establishing a commercial foothold in the U.S. In 2001, they transitioned to DuPont, serving in multiple roles such as Innovation Leader, Business Manager, Marketing Manager, and ultimately Pricing Director. During their time at DuPont, they became a trusted advisor in marketing and pricing and led various successful strategy projects. In 2016, they joined West Pharmaceutical Services as the Director of Pricing & Contracting, where they led the development and execution of corporate pricing strategy globally, resulting in significant profit increases.

Masa Saito has a Certificate of Professional Development in Organizational Leadership & Strategic Marketing from The Wharton School. They also have a Master of Chemical Engineering degree from The University of Tokyo, with a field of study in Photo-induced partial oxidation of alkanes. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from The University of Tokyo, specializing in Laser-induced gas-phase oxidation reaction. Masa Saito has obtained additional certifications in various subjects including Financial Accounting, Competitive Strategy, and Genes and the Human Condition.
