Ole Hoffgaard Munk is an experienced production and project manager with a strong background in lean implementation, automation, and change management. Currently serving as the Production Manager at West Pharmaceutical Services since February 2022, Munk has previously held key positions at notable companies including Louis Poulsen, Steel Products Aage Østergaard, and Maersk Line, where responsibilities encompassed budget management, OPEX, CAPEX, and leading teams across various production environments. Munk holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Industrial Production from Danmarks Tekniske Universitet, along with a solid foundation in technical education as an auto mechanic.
