Kyle McCarthy

Kyle McCarthy is a seasoned professional in the merchandising and trading sector, currently serving as a Senior Merchandiser at West Plains LLC since November 2025. Previously, Kyle held significant roles at Hansen-Mueller Company, including VP of Trading and Senior Merchandiser, from November 2022 to November 2025. Prior experience includes a tenure at Farmer's Cooperative Elevator Co., where Kyle progressed from Grain Originator to Grain Merchandiser and ultimately served as Grain Division Manager from June 2016 to September 2022. In addition to a strong industry background, Kyle participated in the LEAD 38 Fellowship at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from September 2018 to March 2020. Kyle holds a Master of Business Administration from Chadron State College (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance from the same institution (2011-2015).
