Michelle Tonchevici

Michelle Tonchevici has over 16 years of experience in the banking industry. Michelle started their career at Pulaski Bank in 2006 as a Branch Manager, where they managed a staff of 12 and successfully implemented sales programs to achieve branch targets. Michelle also fostered collaboration between Mortgage and Commercial lending operations through a Community Banking concept. In 2008, Tonchevici joined Old Second National Bank as a Bank Manager III/AVP. Michelle then moved to West Suburban Bank in the same year, where they held various roles such as Bank Manager/Assistant Vice President and Bank Manager III/Assistant Vice President. In these roles, they led the development and expansion of a new branch, grew the customer base, and provided exceptional motivation and training to a team of relationship banking professionals. Tonchevici's work experience demonstrates their expertise in managing teams, driving business growth, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Michelle Tonchevici has obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Sanford-Brown College. Michelle has also pursued studies in Accounting and Business/Management at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania.
