Phil Young

Phil Young has extensive experience in the safety training and oil well service industries, currently serving as President and CEO of West Texas Safety Training Center since April 1998. Prior to this role, Phil Young held the position of Safety Director at R&H Well Service from May 1986 to April 1998. Phil Young earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from New Mexico State University.
