Sal Vitale

Sal Vitale has extensive culinary experience in the healthcare and food service sectors. Currently serving as Chef and Head Cook at West Valley Medical Center since February 2021, Sal previously held the position of Cook 2 at St. Luke's Health System from July 2019 to February 2021. Prior to that, Sal worked as a Production Cook for Bon Appétit Management Company from September 2017 to July 2019, and as a Line Cook/Prep Cook at Indian Creek Steakhouse between November 2013 and September 2017.
