Terry Harless

Terry Harless has extensive experience in financial leadership roles, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at the West Virginia Department of Education since September 2005. Prior to this position, Terry held the CFO role at the Hatfield McCoy Regional Recreation Authority from 2003 to 2005 and at the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, Terry gained valuable experience as a Financial Reporting Specialist at the West Virginia Financial Accounting and Reporting Section (FARS) from 1996 to 2001.
