Elizabeth Belcher, MBA, currently serves as a Community Development Specialist 2 at the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, beginning in April 2024. Prior experience comprises positions such as Grants Management Specialist at the West Virginia Department of Economic Development, Community Development Coordinator at Kanawha County Commission, and Research Analyst/Auditor with the West Virginia Legislature. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Public Policy, & History with a minor in Business, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Charleston.
