Gary Howell

Gary Howell is the CEO of Howell Holding LLC, an award-winning internet mail order company specializing in performance and racing parts since 1990, recognized for excellence with the US Small Business Administration's 2003 Exporter of the Year Award for West Virginia. In addition, Gary Howell serves as the Speaker Pro Tempore and Delegate for the 56th District in the West Virginia Legislature, a position held since 2010. As a member of the Board of Directors for the Potomac Highlands Guild since 2012, Gary Howell contributes to the improvement of behavioral health services and quality of life for individuals in the community. From November 2013 to November 2021, Gary Howell held the position of National Chairman for the State Automotive Enthusiast Leadership Caucus, promoting automotive interests among state legislators. Educational background includes an Associate's Degree from WVU Potomac State College, a Bachelor of Science in Management from Frostburg State University, and an earlier Associate's Degree in General Studies from WVU Potomac State College.
