Al Collins

Al Collins is a Campus Police Officer and Lead at West Virginia University at Parkersburg. Prior to their current position, Al worked as a Corporate Travel Consultant with American Express from January 2018 to November 2019. In this role, Al worked with the Smart team structure to communicate with leads and supervisors and confirm travel arrangements for corporate travelers. Al also has experience working as a Sr Corporate Travel Consultant with Egencia, an Expedia company, from November 2011 to November 2019. In this role, Al was responsible for booking flights, hotels, cars, limousines and rail, as well as exchanging and cancelling any of these bookings. Al is known for their strong customer service skills and their ability to keep up-to-date with the constantly changing business of travel.
