Stephen Alayon

Stephen Alayon is an Associate Professor at West Visayas State University and has been with Central Philippine University and the University of San Agustin as a Part Time Faculty since 2012 and 2010, respectively. With extensive experience, Stephen served as an Information Specialist at the Aquaculture Department of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center from 2002 to 2022 and briefly worked as an International Consultant for the FAO in 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master of Library and Information Science from Central Philippine University, a Diploma in Teaching from West Visayas State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of the Philippines in the Visayas, among other degrees in education and information science.
