Cayla Spear

Cayla Spear is currently the Senior Director of People and Culture at West Wing Writers. Prior to this role, Cayla worked at the Washington Office on Latin America (WOLA) as the Assistant Director for Human Resources and Internship Coordinator. Cayla also has experience as a Human Resources Associate at Project Support Services, a Proctor at the United States Senate Sergeant at Arms, a Public Health Facilitator in the Peace Corps, and a Campus Ambassador at The National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy. Cayla holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Gender Studies from the University of South Carolina.
