Vinca Lafleur

Vinca LaFleur is the Executive Director, COO, and Partner at West Wing Writers. Vinca is also a Founding Member at Chief, a network dedicated to empowering women in leadership roles. Prior to this, Vinca was the President of Vinca LaFleur Communications and served as a Special Assistant to the President at the National Security Council. Additionally, Vinca has held roles as a speechwriter at the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe. LaFleur holds a BA summa cum laude in French from Yale University and an MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
