Hilary Wagner

Hilary Wagner is a Senior Associate at Westat since January 2024, where efforts focus on improving outcomes in social policy, health, education, and transportation through research and technical assistance. Prior to this role, Hilary served as Senior Technical Assistance Lead at Insight Policy Research from May 2017 to January 2024, overseeing projects and providing technical support to state and federal grant recipients while analyzing qualitative data. Experience also includes working as an Analyst at the Global Obesity Prevention Center at Johns Hopkins, contributing to research aimed at reducing childhood obesity, and serving as Events & Communications Director for the Trans-Atlantic Business Council. Previously, Hilary held the position of Senior Director of Development at the American Heart Association, leading significant fundraising initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Health in Food, Nutrition, and Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from Washington College.
