Linda Singh

Linda Singh is a member of the Board of Directors of Westat. She has had a 27-year career in government consulting and nearly 40-year career in the military in the National Guard and Reserves. Ms. Singh worked for Accenture for 20+ years serving as a Managing Director for Health and Public Service and leading business operations and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Reaching the rank of Major General, Ms. Singh became the first woman and first African American to lead the Maryland National Guard. Her recent experience includes being the Founder and CEO of Kaleidoscope Affect, a leadership consulting firm, Leader-in-Residence at Towson University, and serving as Interim Executive Director and CEO of the Maryland Technology Development Corporation.
