Mark Freedman

Mark Freedman has extensive experience in transportation and human services research, currently serving as Vice President and Director of Human Services Research at Westat since 1993. Previously, Mark held positions as Senior Transportation Engineer at the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety and Manager of Transportation Safety Research at Ketron, Inc. Additionally, Mark managed Transportation Research at the Franklin Research Center and worked as a Transportation Engineer at Simpson & Curtin. Mark holds a Master of Science in Civil and Urban Engineering/Transportation from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University.
