Glen McKenney

Glen McKenney is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in strategic HR management and operations. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Westborough Behavioral Healthcare Hospital since December 2024, McKenney previously held the same role at Bay State Community Services, Inc. from August 2020 to November 2024, overseeing a wide range of social services. Prior experience includes significant roles at Mass General Brigham from 2001 to March 2018, with responsibilities spanning HR operations, employee and labor relations, and data analytics, among others.
